The hotel had a good-looking facility and the check-in process was fast. We were happy with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently located. It was also nice to have complimentary breakfast included in our reservation.
The service at the hotel was very poor. Despite calling reception multiple times, none of the problems were fixed.

Great for a romantic couples weekend away! the cozy decor and comfortable bedding made for a relaxing stay. the hotel's location offered easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the room featured nice amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a minibar, which added to the convenience of the stay.
The service left something to be desired. the room wasn't serviced during the stay, which was disappointing.

Great complementary service , convenient location near major tourist attractions. The bed was comfortable.
Poor customer service— staff was unresponsive to requests, basic amenities were not provided , room was dirty upon arrival and not tidied up during our stay. Limited breakfast options, slow service at the restaurant.

The hotel is located in a nice environment, with clean surroundings and a good location. the check, in process is smooth and the staff at the reception and concierge are friendly and helpful. the rooms are well, maintained and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. the bathroom is clean and well, functioning, with good water pressure in the faucets. the complimentary breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. the hotel also offers a lounge where guests can relax and enjoy their meals or drinks.
The service from some of the staff members, especially in the restaurant and housekeeping, is not up to par.
